We just recently bought two of these chairs and we found them
to be very easy to get in and out of for us as older folks
with arthritis. Another nice feature is that they fold up
easily and can take up little space. We are sure that we will enjoy them for a long, long time.

I had a problem with both chairs purchased in January 2012 I called customer service, explained the issue and two new chairs were shipped and received two days later at no charge.

Q1: The chairs I ordered didn't have any instructions about how to use the knob on the side to keep chair position. Can you help?
A: The knob on the side tightens and loosens on the bars so the unit can recline. Turning the knob clockwise tightens the unit, so it stays positioned in one place. Turning the knob counter clockwise loosens, so the unit is free to move back and forth from the reclined position.
