    The Big Kahuna Beach Chair is head and shoulders above any comparable beach chair that I've ever owned or used. It's comfortable both in the upright reading position as well as all of the reclining modes. I found my 170-pound, 5-9 frame well supported; the head rest was comfortable and my lower back appreciated the firm seat. The arm rests are comfortable as well and widely positioned for relaxation and thorough tanning. Construction is high quality and the fabric is both attractive and strong. The light weight of the chair makes carrying easy despite a tendency to unfold if not grasped properly -- this a minor negative, really, and probably a product of the chair's ample size. The BK added considerable pleasure to our recent beach holiday. If you can afford the premium price relative to many flimsier alternatives, treat yourself to a chair that I believe will deliver pure relaxation pleasure for many years.

              [...]Chair requires no assembly - remove from box and open up - color/fabric are great - seat is extra wide and feels sturdy. No one in my family is a size 6 if you know what I mean, so thrilled to find a beach chair this sturdy. It would be nice if the chair clamped shut for carrying but using the strap or chair arm handle makes it pretty easy to transport. Also bought the matching clamp on umbrella.
