Tape protecting arms was pulled off and box had various holes and was falling apart, the shipping dept needs a heads up in protecting the merchandise.

All I was looking for was a chair that reclined totally and wasn't a hassle to carry around. This chair's got it. I knew what to expect, as my mum's had a chair exactly like this one since the 80s or 90s (hers is still in great shape too). It's comfy, easy to carry...I have no complaints.
